Chris Hopkins has strong ties to Las Vegas, moving here in 2009 to help open The Cosmopolitan (first as an opening team member of the Vesper Crew and later as the property’s mixologist) and later becoming corporate mixologist for Wynn Resorts, where he oversaw the development, implementation and training for 27 different bars and restaurants. He now lives in Miami, but Hopkins, now the national accounts portfolio ambassador for Bacardi USA, Inc. still loves Las Vegas.
