MISC: TOURNAMENT OF KINGS: ’TWAS THE KNIGHT Of all the Strip shows that transform for the holidays, this epic battle of knights and wizards at Excalibur is the most obvious family-friendly option.
Tournament of Kings shifted into its ’Twas the Knight edition on November 24 and continues through December 27 with some spectacular seasonal touches like Merlin summoning snowfall in the equestrian arena, holiday-inspired music and costumes and more.
New vignettes for the show include a choreographed ribbon dance and a rider on an Andalusian stallion. And that famous Cornish game hen dinner is made complete with roasted winter squash, corn on the cob, a soft roll and a pumpkin pie tartlet.
